Park Information - some of the questions we are often asked by potential buyers

The Park is open 12 months a year for holiday use only. We are strictly a Holiday Park and are NOT residential or Part Residential

All owners must have a UK address and be able to provide 2 Utility bills in their own name.

Children & Pets Welcome

Age of Caravans - All owners may keep their caravan on site until it is 25 years old. The owner may keep it on site after the 25 years providing it is able to meet all safety regulations, and have annual gas & electric test. But when they are ready to sell it must be sold OFF SITE.

Subletting is permitted - Fees payable

Electricity - invoiced annually

Gas - 47kg cylinders - checked regularly and invoiced as required

Water - included in Ground rent

Car Parking - All owners can drive to their caravan for loading and unloading ONLY.

All vehicles must be parked in the car park

Visitors - All visitors must report to receiption on arrival

Insurance - The site recomends Leisure Days insurance company who contact owners direct with a quotation

TV License - if you let your caravan you or if there is someone in your home whilst you are in the caravan you will require a TV License.

The site also offers a number of additional services ie close grass mowing / outside wash etc - fees payable
